Random gallery exported to web page and all albums top level

I've seen this once but did not get it work properly.
I am looking to export the latest image uploads to a standard web page not with the coppermine engine.

I need 12 images to export from the latest submission to an html page.

The next step would be to export a particular users images to an html document.

And third I would love the gallery to display all of the galleries on the same tier within coppermine. The Admin folder is on the top tier then follows the user albums through a link. I would like to see All Albums on the top level.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't understand a word of it  :D

Anybody got a clue what he means by the last sentences? do you mean page with the word tier?
