phpBB 2.0.18 logout problem - "Invalid_session"

Just upgraded to phpBB 2.0.18 from 2.0.17.  The previous login/out session had no problem in bridging.  Yet, cpg will now redirect me to phpbb with "Invalid_session" error window if logout from cpg.  I have to click the logout link again to be logged out successfully.

I have created a test user account.  Please help.

All my settings are standard, that is suggested by the user-guide in bridging doc.  The only thing that I tried was the method mentioned in "phpBB 2.0.18 New session handling" in this forum by Joe Belmaati.  The method does not work to solve my problem.
