How to solve it:

After command to upload url file: http://www.hopi.home.pl/Totem63.gif

following errors are indicated:

Notice: Undefined variable: escrow_array in /photo-gallery/upload.php on line 1939

Notice: Undefined variable: file_failure_array in /photo-gallery/upload.php on line 1940

Unless you apply the GIF mod, Coppermine won't upload GIF images if you use GD.  Search the forums.
