Uploading a Picture

Please Help me! For the past few weeks I've been getting this Error when I've been trying to upload a Pic:

Reply to me... Thanks, I really need help, I cant stand it...Ive got alot of photo's from the past to upload its been bugging me, so please help...

What Do I do? And Don't say Dump Cache Cookies, Cos Ive been doing that, and I dont have a Virus or Worms.. It's gotta Deal with My Computer to the Network...Got any ideas?

create an edit folder in your albums folder and chmod it 777 or 755
