PHPNuke 6.7 and Coppermine
« on: October 02, 2003, 02:20:33 pm »

Hi All,

I have an acquaintance who has the following problem with PHPNuke and Coppermine.

He has installed PHPNuke 6.7 with Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.1.  The module works for 80%: the general picture albums and its pictures are visible and can be browsed. But there seems to be a little error somewhere because not al functions are working properly.  For Example: His Gallery doesn't work. Uploading pictures to his doesn't work. Giving comments doenst't work.

He is running under the Dutch language, and not knowing Dutch, it's difficult for me to troubleshoot...tried to change it over to the English version, but no luck...still Dutch.

I can provide more details if anyone is interested in helping solve this problem.

Thanks
Eric

You said 1.1, did he install the standalone with phpnuke? Download CPG 1.1d it should work better than the standalone 1.1. but if he is  running the nuke version ask him to apply this mod for auto language detection http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=48 (this will be in the next version-- thanks sengsara) and send us a link to the site so we can see...

He is running 1.1d for nuke....the site is at http://www.sjannedark.com.

I'll check out the mod and pass it along.

Thanks!
