Not uploading pictures.

Ok so I go to upload something and then I get this telling me whats wrong:

Warning: touch(): Unable to create file ./albums/edit/mURI_temp_4b5449b2.jpg because Permission denied in /home/dallas/public_html/gallery/upload.php on line 1788

and:

Error Message
Cannot create write file.

So then I went through the FAQ, Forums, and any other topics to find answers to what to do. After trying a few things I found nothing to work, or I did it wrong - anyone feel like giving me some answers? Much thanks and apperciation <3

permissions and/or ownership is wrong...change them yourself according the FAQ or have your webhost help you get them right.
