Probleme with FTP / Batch-Add Pictures

After i uploaded pictures, i go in the ftp tab.  I see the pictures titles but the check boxes are not there and i have no thumbs at right, just "404 can't read that file". If i click on check all and insert files, i get file:/var/www/cop/searchnew.php - Ligne: 336.  How am i suppose to repair that bug ???
