category with subcategories but no album - no random pics?

Hi

take a look at http://www.ally.sigi-2.de/modules.php?name=coppermine&cat=2

this category has lots of sub-cats, but no album. the random and the new pics block sho no pics at all ...

but if you go to http://www.ally.sigi-2.de/modules.php?name=coppermine, there are pics shonw in these to blocks...

whats the difference ?

had a big Coppermine gallery with more than 250.000 pics  at
www.allygally.de, but due to juristical problems that is closed now ....
Now trying Coppermine 1.4.x at http://walexis.pytalhost.de/
