Hi there,

Is it possible to run the Random pictures sideblock if the gallery is running on an other server?? I've tried this, but receive the following error:

Code: [Select]

Query1 failed : Table 'norvicus.cpg11d_pictures' doesn't exist

Is somebody familiair with this error or know how I can solve this, of even if this is possible??

this is not an option within pnCPG 1.5
It expects both databases on the same server and also that the postnuke db-user has access to both databases.

I was afraid for that answer... Will it been possible if both databases got the same pas and user?? And a hack on the block that it's looking in the correct database??

There's option.

create a new database connection to the other PC when you have login info and that database access.
On the other server grant mysql access to IP of server.
