I saw a ton of topics just like this  :-\\

Anywho, I try to upload something, big or small and get the message:
"The previous file could not be placed.
You have successfully placed all the files."

I made a test account with upload privelages:

Username: test
Pass: test135

There's also a ton of posts that explain what the problem is. :)

The convert program said:
sh: line 1: /usr/X11R6/bin/convertconvert: No such file or directory

If that is the path to 'convert' then you need to remove 'convert' from the end of the path. If you don't know the path switch to GD2 in config or ask your host.
