rating pic on first page

Since my site is a rating site. I hope to be able to have one picture shown on the front page so people can rate the picture. Most likely the last uploaded picture. This might be an easy one too, by just calling for this page, or is the correct wording called a function, displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=0&pos=0. I've already found the thread to make the voting into a 10 point rating system. Thanks.
