Error after banning an IP address in htaccess

I am having problem in ssi include for the side menu, the error message appear only when i ban an IP address in htaccess, When i don't use IP ban in htaccess everything seems to work fine, Below is one of the error messages.

forum/ssi.php is an application designed by the SMF team, not by us. We don't know the SMF code that well. As you get a forbidden error, it's obvious that it's a permission error not related to coppermine. This is imo something that you should ask on the SMF support board, not on this one - the smf people know their app much better than we do.
