Problem with User Galleries

I am having a problem after my users post pictures to their own galleries.  The picture i have attached will show the problem I am experiencing.

Once I browse to user galleries and then to the user's gallery (zenrabbit) I try to mouse over his gallery and I find that the link is not pointing to a gallery ID.  As you can see in the browser, the link points to "thumbnails.php?album=".  There is no album ID.  However...if I click on the recently added pictures, it will bring up that picture in that user's album.  I can then use the image info button to bring up the proper link (shown at the bottom of the browser window on untitled2.JPG:
