Lost my admin buttons

Hy!

I cant' find similar problem as I have so I opened a new topic. Today I wanted to upload pics and when I login I couldn't find the upload button, configuration button ans so on. I' treated as a normal user not as an admin!I didn't change anything!Can somebody tell me what to do?? ???
