weird and random error

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_b2837c23.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/ferrisp/public_html/pictures/upload.php on line 1197

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpb3Zuye' to './albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_b2837c23.jpg' in /home/ferrisp/public_html/pictures/upload.php on line 1197

This error appears when trying to upload files.

My php server went down and my webhosting company fixed it for me probably installed the most current version. It also seems that I dont have an update.php on my server to update. So can anybody help me fix this error.

i found the update file. Updated the database. Still getting same error.

php - 4.3.11
mysql 4.0.25

you were not meant to update the db nor your versions of php or mysql, but the coppermine package. You have been told to search first, this has been asked very often already. More detailed answers in earlier threads. Go from oldest to newest.
