Dear all - i have been using Coppermine 1.3 for a week or so now, with no problems uploading files, or editing albums etc, however yesterday and today i have been unable to upload any more images.

I click on upload file, add my file (only 200kb) - smaller than other images i have already uploaded.
The file is uploaded successfully.
Then it asks to click continue, and on the next page asks me to choose a folder for the image. I select the folder, and click continue, then i get the following error displayed in my browser (firefox 1.0.6)

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

First, upgrade PHP to at least 4.3.10+.  Earlier versions have security weaknesses.

Second, examine your server error logs and find what caused the error.

Any ideas why this would have been working fine and then just all of a sudden dropped out?
