1.如何建立个人相册  从开始到现在 权限里已经设置可以拥有个人相册 但找不到管理处 也无法上传图片

2.普通会员的上传权限如何打开？

3.可否给某个相册/分类 设置某个特定管理员

4.这个相册是否具有防盗链功能？
