ok big problem
heres the thing,

first off neither the 1.3 version nor the 1.4xx version will install without editing the sql to make it run.
from the beginning with ver 1.3 it begins to show errors in the page header something to do with punBB after removing the 4 lines stated as error the problem goes away,
but upon install the database does not completely install either, so after modding i get it to install finally then it will not integrate even after following the instructions to a tee...

ok...now the devel...should be the DEVIL...haha

the database has a improper syntax with the table  *_pictures the "mtime" entry is corrupt and has to be entered manually in order to get the tables to install and i have attempted over 7 times to achieve a bridge and cant this makes no sense to me bout versions stable and devel corrupted from the download...
would some one plkease explain to me what going on here?
