Admin/user mode

Can I have the admin/user mode buttons not visible to guests.  I will have no reason for users at this time and I do not want anyone to have access to the admin mode to make changes.

If you don't have users then disable registration and no one will ever see that link except you.

Admin mode for non admin users doesn't give them access to gallery administration, but only to their own user gallery. So if they are not allowed to have personal galleries, admin mode wouldn't exist for them.
