SMTP Hep

right heres my prob!

setup - smtp = exchange - green side of firwall
web server - iis6 - on dmz firewall

basiccly if i set the email address to an account on the exchange it all works mail received and sent to admin and user on exchange, the problem comes when im sending to an external address i get this error

"Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for xxxxx@xxxxx"

the the firewall itself i have pin holes to the exchnage on port 25

but an unable to send externaly??

any help wud be great

this has been solved now! cud an admin or mod please remove this!

we never delete or remove threads. The whole point of having a forum is that postings stay, so others might benefit from it.
