ok i upload quite alot of images but how come when i use batch upload it only uploads a few and then i have to do it again and agin the same process???

do you get any error messages? If the second step of the batch-add process stops producing "OK" icons, do as suggested on the screen and hit refresh in your browser. This comes from limitations on your server and depend on server setup, nothing you can do about it when webhosted.
If this doesn't answer your question, post an error mesage and a screenshot that illustrates your issue. A link and non-admin test user account with upload privileges might help as well.
