Critical error message

My CPG 1.1 was working fine with my Phpnuke 6.9 untill i move my hosting server

Now i cant post pic  :cry:  :cry:

Pls i need help

Error message

Destination directory modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/ is not writable by the script !

What must i do now
