Are the files in different folders or are there no folders and a bunch of files in one folder? Make sure that when you extracted, you didn't just double-click the archive to open, but to actually right-click and select Extract.

as Thu suggested: the error message means that you didn't upload all files from the coppermine package, or that you didn't unzip the archive properly (you need to keep the folder structure within the package intact).

Hi~ Thank you for your help.
I think I did it right. I'm just a confused mommy trying to wing it! Sorry.
TranzNDance or GauGau do you want to take a peek at my Weeble File Manager to see what's up?

Actually, a link to your website is enough for now.

I should have said the link to the gallery, rather than just the site.

I don't have a link to the gallery because it isn't installed yet. But here is this

http://www.imagefreehosting.com/install.php

I guess you can't install coppermine on the site you refered to, they give you a pre-made application where you can upload your pics to, but probably they don't give you actual webspace you can upload to yourself. You'll need to fullfill certain minimum requirements to run coppermine - just being given some webspace isn't enough. The link you posted is not the one that points to your website, but to the webhost's website.
