I have 2 horrible problems.

1. every 10 minuts the gallery stop  working and i get this message
Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

2. when i write categories and the big title in the header, it's doing "?" singes and not the language, i am using hebrew.
