phpbb2 + coppermine--post count integration
« on: August 22, 2005, 08:02:23 pm »

Currently I'm using phpbb2 and I'm planning on adding a gallary in the near future.  My question is when someone adds a comment to a gallary, will the comment appear as the same look of a forum post, and is there a way that comment would add to their post count?  If the post count can not be integrated with the forum, does coppermine have a post count system only for the gallary?  I believe photopost has this setup, but they are really costly.

thank you
HB

There is no visual integration, just the user details are shared. You can modify your theme to make the comment display look like forum posts, and you could add a post count under the name of the poster. Just a matter of themeing/coding it.
