Is it possible to configure categories and albums to be only visible to a specified group? Just checking to see if that is possible at this time or not.

No, it is not an option now, you can only exclude user-galleries.

Thank you for the information.  I am pretty new to Coppermine and just was not sure if I was overlooking a configuration option or not.  

I appreciate the work you do and thank you for it.  I am enjoying the integration of Coppermine to my PostNuke site very much.
