cpmfetch question

I didn't know where else to post this due to the fact that I can't post in the cpmfetch child board.

Question:

I was wondering if there is a way to have this cpmfetch work in a .tpl and html file as it does in a php file.  I just want to have the functionality of being able to click on the picture that was fetched and have it linked to the actual picture in the coppermine gallery in a .tpl and html files.  Thanks, Chris
