Quota set wrong?

Hi all,
Thank you in advance.
I have this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 10485760 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1600 bytes) in /home/..../public_html/cop/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 209

User group limit set to 1024, then to 2048 and to 3092

When I am uploading 1 file - everuthing fine, this is happend only when I am trying to upload 2 or more files.
