    not so weird: check the usual "suspects":
  • CHMOD your albums folder and everything within it (all subfolders and all files) to 755 or 777 (depending on your server config)
  • server running in save mode? If yes, have you tried silly_safe_mode enabled?[/list:u]As usual: give us more info on your server (OS, version), on your PHP version and (above all) a link would be fine as well.
    If you're even to lazy to file a decent support request, why should we bother to support you? Read the faq (bottom part especially).

have tired 777 and 755 on all information in issue
where would I find the silly safe and safe mode?
what more information would you like
I can upload single but not batch in the same album

make sure you don't upload pics into "userpics" or any subfolders when FTP-uploading (and using the batch-add function). The folder "userpics" is reserved to the script itself and mustn't be touched manually. You can instead create as many subfolders within "albums" as you like.

The "silly_safe_mode" stuff is explained in the manual (readme) that comes with coppermine: http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/docs/README.html#safe

killled it al and reloaded and now everything fine (with alot of help frorm my friends)
