IBF 1.3.1 and users
« on: August 15, 2005, 10:21:22 pm »

Hi guy and, first, sorry for my english, i'm italian.
I've installed and integrated copp1.3.3 with invisionbf 1.3.1. Some problems (i think, hope :D, resolved) with some links (e.g. user list).
Now i've inserted, via ftp, some images. The gallery show it fine. No problem. BUT, if i click on the author name (me, the admin, first user of coppermine) it doesn't show my ibf profile but the coppermine profile. How can i (if i do) delete admin coppermine user (and use the admin ibf user) and use ibf profile?

tnx

When bridging, you lose the relation between the users that existed before bridging and the pics they uploaded (as stated in the integration section of the docs). The admin account of your initial (unbridged) coppermine install just isn't taken into account any longer when bridged, it is inside no relevant group at all.
Post a link for details (and a non-admin test user account if needed to see what you're referering to).
