root directory problems

 ???

Hi guys and gals ,
have sorted earlier prob with the admin mode , but site still jumps up a directory when i make certain changes on some pages most of the site is running fine

probs are in register
when i click on new user register

page not found

also in edit files in the admin changes arnt made due to
page not found

Please help
