LINKIN REGISTRATION MAIL HAS MISTAKE, SLASH MISSING

Hello, i have a problem with the registration mails.
The Slash after the domain is missing:

http://www.domain.comregister.php?activate=6150683b908953f5f5fc2378d463ac5d

Can anybody tell me where i can fix this bug?
I haven't found this problem by searching this forum.

in coppermine's config: "Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards" needs a traling slash. Don't yell at us please!
