if no photo is uploaded

i have seen it in other applications i think it come realy handy
if the user dont browse a photo or not in the right format, size
all the text is gone and have to be retyped
can it be done so that if there is no photo selected or wrong format, size
to have a predifined nophoto.jpg that uploads automatically?
