As you might know there is a function (csv_import) http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=15184.msg72979#msg72979 which can be used when batch adding files in order to grab the title, caption, keywords etc from a file instead of having to edit image by image later to add them.

I was wondering if anyone has managed to join the xp publishing feature with this feature in order when you upload 40 images with xp_publish.php not to have to edit them later to add the title and description.

I was thinking of changing the xp_publish code in order to do that but i thought i would ask first in case some else has done that already (and would save me time). If not, i will try and create a mod for it and post it here.

the feature you're refering to is scheduled for future versions of coppermine, not one single line of code for this feature does exist.
