troubles with photo colors
« on: July 25, 2005, 05:51:21 am »

We are running the 1.3.3 version on 3 different site and on are main one we are having trouble with the Thumbnails and Small pictures not being in color so to say take for example http://centexfire.com/cm_gallery/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=0&pos=0 but if you click onto the photo itself to view the HQ . The HQ photo has color .
it dosent matter what the size is of the photo either .
Under Config it is setup the same as the other.
So dose anybody know the reason for this ?
Thanks Mike

you have specified to use GD1 in coppermine's config, although you have GD2 on your server (see http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#VersionGD). Set "method for resizing" to "GD2" in coppermine's config, then go to admin tools and run the re-building of thumbnails and intermediate pics to re-create the pics with the proper GD settings. This has been posted quite often, a search would have told you so as well.
