Staying at the bottom of the page?

I have a lot of albums, which makes the intial screen that pnCPG links to quite long. When I click on a link, such as to an album, the resulting page is still just as long. Worse, the screen stays fixed looking at the bottom, forcing me to scroll up. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to change this? It's a pain to have to keep scrolling back.

The install at http://biistate.net/testnuke/ mimics the behavior, though it has a lot fewer pics and albums.

Ìn the config you can limit what is displayed on the initial page.
Tat should do the trick.
