cant upload certain files...

hello im new to the coppermine photo gallery .

i installed and setup eveything but now when i or someone else attempts to upload a sound file or video it says " 0 files uploaded" and doesnt upload the file. what should i do?

Advanced search -> "0 files uploaded"
Check: Show results as messages
Search order: Most recent topics first

there i figured out how to find the details of the errors that im getting...

i tried . but i dont know what file to edit. i understand what i need to do . but how do i change my PHP defaults from 2MB to something else?
