batch adding

when adding photos using the batch add option, it doubles some of the pics that it adds, or adds pics twice, any idea how to fix this???

hm, this is indeed strange, I never heard of this happen. You're running the outdated version cpg1.3.0 though, update to the most recent stable version cpg1.3.3 and check if this fixes your issues.

ok, upgraded to 1.3.3 and it is still doing the same thing,

any suggestions???
maybe a fresh install???

If you have done the upgrade as suggested (replacing all files suggested in the upgrade docs), then there should be no difference to a fresh install. Use versioncheck.php to see if you have performed to upgrade OK.

yep, followed the instructions for the upgrade, and versioncheck comes back as 1.3.3

have you been able to find out under which circumstances the batch-uploaded files are doubled (i.e. when uploading to a particular album, having a particular file name scheme etc.)?

yea, I've tried it on four different albums adding from several new different directories, the only thing I haven't tried yet is renaming the files, I'll give that a shot and see if it helps.
