Admin menu, config button text missing.

Could some nice person explain where I can find the code that displays the Admin menu button text's, for some reason I have a Config button which is compressed in size and has no text. I have tried searching with no luck.

Please post a screenshot of the problem.

All text is in the language file in the lang directory.

Thank you for the reply and pointing me in the right direction, I have now sorted it out and will comment no furthur due to the version I am using being non-gratis on this board.
