Double slash in the URL when XP Web publishing wizard used

Seems like a bug.
Short description:
URL after using WindowsXP web publishing wizard ends by double slash. This is brakes a lot of functionality.

How to reproduce:
- Open a folder with pictures
- Click on left panel "Publish this file to the web"
- Answer wizard's questions
- Keep "Open this site when I click Finish" (see this last step screenshot attached)
IE will be opened with URL like http://gallery.domain// (see screenshot attached)

The bug is not reproducible if you'll use IP-address based URLs for registering XP Web publishing Wizard, it presents only for FQDNs.

Please advise.

what do you have set up for "Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards" in coppermine's config?
