Need help. Don't know how to get uploading to work

Hello,

Just for the record my coppermine is at http://pics.vincemedia.net.  I was wondering.  How can I get photos to upload?  I tryed it and said that I don't have the right to.  So what do I do?  Note:  I just installed this 15 minutes ago.

Are you even using pnCPG ?

Where can I find those at?  coppermine came with my hosting so the only thing I got was just the hardware.  So is there a link to the docs?
