No admin menu

I go to my coppermine gallery
I am already logged in
but no admin menu
http://www.apathysecstasy.com/apathysattic/index.php

I login and it logs me says 'welcome admin' continue
and it brings me right back to the same page.
no admin menu.
I have my permissions set as directed to 777, tried 755 same results.
Please help.

1) You're running cpg1.4.1, which goes unsupported. Downgrade if you need support!
2) Don't PM supporters unless requested >:(

but I upgraded because the same thing was happening

if cpg1.3.3 didn't work as expected you shouldn't have upgraded to an unsupported version (because that's what big, bold letters say everywhere on cpg1.4.x). There simply is no support for cpg1.4.x yet, downgrade to the stable release if you need support, like I said above.
