visitors don't have permission to send ecards
« on: July 06, 2005, 12:30:02 pm »

is it possible to allow visitors to send e-cards? If not, can I allow registering, but then not allow file uploads? I don't want people to be able to upload to my site, but would like them to be able to send ecards.

thanks
