Batch Upload problem HELP whenever i upload files it turns into PB??

I never had a problem like this before.. but my gallery has been deleted so I installed a new one..
but the problem is.. I can't add pictures using batch upload.. it says "PB" (adjust permissions...but where to adjust??) even though the files were properly configured and the directories are all in chmod 777...   
gosh,why am i having errors??...

before.. after installing it.. all i need to do was to chmod the directories (inside the album directory).. and I can easily add files into the gallery......

pls...help meeee...
