Show block with random pictures on another domain

Hi there!

I don't know whether I'm in the right forum 'cause I do not want to combine two databases. I only want to show a block of four random pictures on a portal system based on php. Coppermine and the portal system are on two different domains. Is there any way to just insert such a random picture block into the portal?
