Users able to press admin mode??

I have been tyring to work this out and i ahve not noticed until my mate has just pointed it out

All my members under "registered" groups are able to click the admin menu and play with my config and settings, change folders/groups and make then

THEY ARE NOT ADMINISTRATORS

Also i have tryied to make the board offline and it does not allow me to do that either

My version is 1.3.2

Please upgrade to 1.3.3. There are 2 admin modes. If you did not make them administrators, they are admin for their personal galleries in the gallery, not your gallery. To confirm, please provide a test nonadmin account.
