GD 2.0.28 installed but .GIF ceases to work

Hello all.. I have GD 2.0.28 Installed and GIF wont upload.

My PHPINFO file says that GD 2.0.28 is installed.

I am really urgent for the solution of this problem. If you do not believe me that there is GD 2.0.28 installed then please visit my PHPINFO file.
