Upload using FTP

Hi im a newbe in here, i just want to know how can i upload images using ftp cus i want a faster way using this. I have cute FTP
whats the host that should i connect?
do i still use my normal username and password. sorry about the writing im from Puerto Rico

You should connect to the host on which your coppermine installation is hosted.

i just created a few albums and categories in the coppermine manager but when i use my cute ftp program files arent there so where am i supost to upload my pictures.
