How to automatically add/move files
« on: June 09, 2005, 10:04:54 pm »

i dont think there is a script that will do this but. can it be done. i want a script that will add a file from "Batch add files" to an album or can i make thsi script to move a file from one album to an other.
the idea of this is to have a new file every dy so i dont have to do it manualy. some one else was talking about a script that will delete file after 7 days. well if any one has got any good idears on how this script could work please let me know. I might try and right one my self. i dont know a lot about php but i could try.

I might be able to do this for you...do you mean automatically making the link for batch add files, select all from a folder, and automatically upload them into a specificed album? Elaborate on it more, so I understand better...Deleting a file after 7 days wouldn't be too hard either if you want.

yea that is what i like. so it gets a file from batch add files automatically every day and puts it on a album. and even move the files from one album to an other e.g. top 10 new files on one album, or 10 files that you want are bean moved to a album called "this weeks top files" and about deleting them that other person on an other post was talking about deleting a file when it is about 7 days old.
