Permissions Issue

Hi-
I just renamed the folder cpg133 to pics and when I try to access servername/pics/install.php it gives me the following error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /pics/install.php on this server.

I didn't think this was a permissions issue....

If it says permissions issue then it probably is :) Make sure you have CHMODED the pics directory and all the files inside to 777 or 755. Another possible cause is an .htaccess file interfering, but check the permissions first.
